At SKKYMONT Flights LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we value our customers and strive to provide transparent and fair policies regarding ticket purchases, cancellations, and refunds. As a travel agency registered in the State of Wyoming, USA, we are committed to complying with applicable federal and state laws, as well as the refund policies of airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers we work with.


1. Airline Tickets

  • All flight bookings are subject to the fare rules, restrictions, and refund policies of the respective airlines.

  • Many airline tickets are non-refundable or carry penalties for changes or cancellations.

  • Refund eligibility and the amount (if any) is determined solely by the airline, not SKKYMONT Flights LLC.

  • In cases where a refund is approved by the airline, our standard agency service fee is non-refundable and may be deducted before processing the refund.


2. Service Fees

  • All service, booking, and processing fees charged by SKKYMONT Flights LLC are non-refundable.

  • This includes fees for ticketing, itinerary changes, cancellations, or re-issuance.


3. Processing of Refunds

  • Once approved by the airline or service provider, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days. However, depending on the airline’s policies, it may take up to 1–2 billing cycles for the amount to reflect on your account.

  • All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used at the time of booking.

  • Certain services and products are strictly non-refundable, including but not limited to:

    • Low-cost carrier tickets, promotional fares, or special deals

    • Travel insurance premiums

    • Hotel and car rental bookings marked as “non-refundable”

    • Ancillary services (baggage fees, seat upgrades, meals, etc.)


5. Cancellations & Changes

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing the fare rules at the time of purchase.

  • Change and cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before scheduled departure to be considered.

  • Airlines may impose additional change fees, fare differences, or restrictions.


6. Force Majeure / Beyond Our Control

  • SKKYMONT Flights LLC is not liable for refunds in cases of airline schedule changes, delays, strikes, weather disruptions, government regulations, border restrictions, or other events beyond our control. In such cases, the applicable airline’s or service provider’s policies will apply.
