These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by SKKYMONT Flights LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a travel agency registered in the State of Wyoming, USA. By booking travel services, using our website, or engaging with us in any way, you (“Customer,” “Client,” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

  • SKKYMONT Flights LLC operates as a travel agency and provides travel-related booking services, including but not limited to:

    • Airline ticket reservations

    • Hotel and accommodation bookings

    • Car rentals

    • Vacation packages

    • Travel insurance (via third-party providers)

  • All travel services are provided through third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, etc.). SKKYMONT Flights LLC acts as an intermediary and is not the final service provider.

2. Contractual Relationship

  • When you book travel services through us, you are entering into two separate contracts:

    1. A contract with SKKYMONT Flights LLC for agency services.

    2. A contract with the third-party supplier (airline, hotel, car rental company, etc.).

  • Supplier terms and conditions (including fare rules, refund rules, cancellation policies, etc.) apply in addition to these Terms.

3. Booking and Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and charge the correct amount, even after confirmation. Customers may cancel without penalty if they do not accept the corrected price.

  • SKKYMONT Flights LLC may charge service, booking, or processing fees, which are non-refundable.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

  • All refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy and the supplier’s rules.

  • Many airline tickets and travel services are non-refundable or may carry significant penalties.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will only be processed to the original form of payment.

  • SKKYMONT Flights LLC’s service fees are always non-refundable.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information (names, passport details, dates, etc.) at the time of booking.

  • Ensure that your travel documents (passports, visas, permits) are valid and compliant with immigration laws of your destination.

  • Arrive on time for flights, check-in, and scheduled activities.

  • Review airline and supplier terms before purchase.

6. Travel Risks and Disclaimers

  • Travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to flight delays, cancellations, natural disasters, political instability, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions.

  • SKKYMONT Flights LLC is not liable for losses, delays, accidents, injuries, or damages caused by third-party suppliers, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Customers are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, SKKYMONT Flights LLC shall not be liable for:

    • Loss of personal belongings, baggage, or money.

    • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

    • Supplier failures, including overbooking, cancellation, or service disruption.

  • Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount of service fees paid to SKKYMONT Flights LLC, excluding supplier charges.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including logos, text, graphics, and designs, are the intellectual property of SKKYMONT Flights LLC and protected under U.S. copyright and trademark laws.

  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our content without written consent.

9. Privacy and Data Use

  • We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • By booking with us, you consent to the sharing of your data with airlines, hotels, and other suppliers strictly for the purpose of fulfilling your bookings.

  • We do not sell or misuse customer data.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming, and you consent to such jurisdiction.

11. Dispute Resolution

  • Before taking legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes with us through informal negotiation within 30 days of notice.

  • If unresolved, disputes may be settled through binding arbitration in Wyoming, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

  • Arbitration decisions are final and binding.

12. Changes to Terms

  • SKKYMONT Flights LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the “Effective Date.”

  • Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
